Challenge

Project Iron Warrior is a start-up company that needed a way to begin generating leads to grow their email list. By building up their email list, they would have a solid customer base to test and release their wellness program to by the targeted launch date.

We needed a lead magnet. Something free and enticing enough to our target audience that they would give us their contact information to receive it.

Process

We began by surveying a group of 30 people who fit our target demographic and asked them about their pain points when it came to faith, family, and fitness. A common theme among those surveyed was a lack of consistency, knowledge, and leadership in all three areas.

We decided to create a lead magnet through a program called Platform App that leads men (our target audience), through a consistent morning routine, guiding and giving them bits of knowledge on how to begin their faith, family, and fitness journey. We titled it: Win Your Morning, Win Your Day: 5 Steps to the Warrior Way.

The lead magnet consists of five videos and a downloadable journal to track habits and remain consistent throughout the week.

Solution

We created, launched, and started advertising Win Your Morning, Win Your Day in May 2022 and have gathered over 230 emails in 5 months from the lead magnet. Of those emails, we were able to make a connection with a church that offered to be our beta group for our official product. We now have a group of men who are testing out our product, filling out a survey at the end, providing us valuable feedback before our official launch, and referring friends and family to our product.
